Maintenance
As with all cast iron products, statue will continue to develop it's own unique patina. Depending on positioning and environment, this can include mossing and general weathering. Whilst most prefer the weathered look, a uniform finish can be maintained/restored by priming and painting. If left as suggested, the rust will form it's own protective seal. The Bronzed Buck is finished in a bronze effect finish, designed to weather and allow the rust to show through. This can also be maintained/restored by priming and painting or left to weather naturally.
Stag Statues
Cast iron stags and deers have long been staples of our statuary range. In fact, the classic stag was one of the first cast iron statues we ever offered. It remains a firm favourite, but now sits alongside many other models in our ever expanding garden features, ornaments and sculptures.
