Our Philosophy
Wellbeing in the Wild is an opportunity to enjoy classes taught by local professionals and therapists in a beautiful, outside setting. Combine the serenity (and wildness) of nature with the health-giving benefits of yoga, Pilates, Tai Chi, lake swimming or meditation.
Group classes take place on the decked banks of the beautiful spring-fed lake, or you can book a private yoga or Pilates lesson in the beautiful ÖÖD house.
Take part in a retreat day where you’ll have the chance to get back to nature with outdoor yoga or Pilates, walking in the ancient woodland, wild swimming followed by a session in the lakeside wood-fired hot tub and delicious brunch or lunch in the café. View the schedule of events or even contact us to arrange a bespoke day for you and your friends.
Our classes are accessible, and our qualified teachers are excellent at accommodating varied levels, we will always state when a class requires a higher level of experience. We always have a qualified lifeguard onsite throughout all swimming sessions, but we do require that participants have a fairly good level of competence, we cannot accommodate beginner or very nervous swimmers.
