Our Plant of the Moment and a New Class

Campsis or Trumpet Vine is one of our favourite plants here at Lime Cross Nursery.
A fast growing deciduous climber, their flowers bloom in a variety of warm tones from late summer to autumn. Vicky spotted their beautiful red flowers whilst visiting Herstmonceux Castle last week.

Growing Campsis
We recommend growing Campsis against a warm sunny wall at least 4m (13ft) high. Although hardy, they need shelter from cold winds and full to sun to ripen the wood if they are to flower freely. Campsis do well in a moderately fertile, moist but well drained soil.

Our Campsis here at the Nursery are in full bloom!
